1. Products Offered

We sell:

  • Digital music downloads (albums/tracks)
  • Physical CDs
  • Merchandise (apparel, accessories, or other items as listed on the Site)

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that all details are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and change or update information at any time without prior notice.

2. Digital Downloads

Upon completing a purchase of a digital album or track, you will receive an instant download link. It is your responsibility to:

  • Save your purchased files to a secure location once downloaded
  • Ensure your device and browser are compatible with the file format provided

Digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly share purchased digital files without our express written permission.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and irrevocably, all digital sales are final.

3. Physical Products (CDs & Merchandise)

We ship physical CDs and merchandise within the United States and internationally.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Bandzoogle's integrated payment system at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment card information.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads, physical CDs, or merchandise, except where required by law.

If your physical order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Paul.Felton@comcast.netwithin 30 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All music, artwork, photos, videos, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Paul Felton and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:
